Stacy Allen Price, of Tioga, passed away Dec. 29, 2024 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. 

He was 50 years old. 

Stacy was born Oct. 27, 1974 in McKinney, Texas to Bobby and Cecilia Price.

He married Alexa Price on Sept. 26, 2013. 

Stacy was the Vice President of American Acrylic & Injection in Farmersville, Texas. He had been employed there since 2008. 

He also served as President of the Tioga ISD School Board of Trustees since May of 2021. 

Stacy loved to spend time with his friends and family whether that be by the pool, on his Harley Davidson or climbing the mountains of Arkansas in the SXS. 

He loved glamping in the Hill Country and Fredericksburg was one of favorite spots. 

Stacy also loved watching football in his easy chair with one of his Frenchies. 

He often enjoyed surprising Alexa with spontaneous date nights for a nice meal.

His family remembers Stacy as a loving and generous soul. 

There was not much he wouldn’t do for someone. 

He was a giving and straightforward father who guided all the kids through life decisions. 

He was an amazing husband who never let Alexa lack for a single thing. 

Many, many times presents would just show up out of the blue, no reason, just because.  

If there was something you were looking for, Stacy “had the link.”

He especially liked shopping on Amazon.

In addition to his wife Alexa, Stacy is survived by his mother Cecilia Price, brother Kyle Price, brother Keven Price, son Travis Price, daughter Hanna Price, stepson John Payne, stepdaughter Rileigh Payne and stepdaughter Daylie Payne.  

He was preceded in death by his father Bobby. 

A Celebration of Life for Stacy Allen Price will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13 in the Tioga High School Gymnasium officiated by Josh Ballinger.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Caruth-Hale Funeral Home in Hot Springs.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to any of the Tioga ISD student organization booster clubs or the charity of your choice.
