Dee C Daniel, age 95, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024, in Springtown, Texas. 

Dee C was born on January 19, 1929, in Wilson, Oklahoma, to the late Arie Noble & Eva Pearl (Rainbow) Daniel. The next to the oldest of five children, Dee C grew up in Wilson and graduated from Wilson High School in 1947.

Dee C married Kathryn Louise (Ellis) of Dillard, Oklahoma, on May 20, 1948. Dee C went to work in the oil fields doing seismic work in Wyoming, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. 
They settled in Houston in 1956 where they raised their two daughters, Tamara Scotch (Daniel) and Robin Daniel. 

Dee C worked for several different oil companies in Houstin till he started his own business in 1970, Dee Exploration. They continued to live in the Houston area till Dee C retired in 1992.

Dee C was preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Robin Louise Daniel; and siblings, Betty Louise Spence, Carroll Lee “Bardo” Daniel, Arie Noble “PeeWee” Daniel and Joe Eva (Daniel) Martin.

He leaves behind his daughter, Tamara Scotch (Daniel); son-in-law, Michael Scotch; grandchildren, Barrett Hall, Matthew Scotch and Jessica Scotch; and many family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date with a small ceremony at the Oakwood-Whitesboro Cemetery where he will join his late wife and daughter.
