Victor Ray Overstreet, 63, of Collinsville, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025 at his home.

Family visitation was held Wednesday Jan. 8 at the First Baptist Church in Collinsville, Texas with funeral services following.

Ricky Patterson officiated the service. Interment followed in Collinsville Cemetery.

Victor was the son of John Overstreet and Wanda Cox Overstreet of Collinsville, Texas. He was born on May 25, 1961 in 
Sherman, Texas.

Victor was a jack of all trades having worked as a roughneck, lineman and construction worker.

He was preceded in death by his father John Overstreet and his sister Linda Diane Hetsel.

He is survived by his mother Wanda Overstreet and his brother Wesley Overstreet and wife Barbara all of Collinsville. 

He is also survived by two nephews Kenyon Kemp of Collinsville and John Overstreet currently stationed with the USAF in California.  He has one niece Jessica Nickol of Princeton.

Pallbearers were Mike Cox, Terry Cox, Austin Kemp, Kenyon Kemp, Bobby May and Bubba Umsted.
