October 22
At 12:59 a.m., Gavin Thomas Wheeler, 20, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 400 Ella St. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of tobacco.
At 2:31 p.m., Jimmy Cleveland Freeman, Jr., 44, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 616 N. Union St. on charges of property theft and evading arrest or detention with previous conviction.
October 23
At 4:42 p.m., Billy Ray Hale, Jr., 55, of Collinsville, was arrested at 31242 Hwy. 82 in Whitesboro on a warrant from another agency.
October 26
At 12:50 a.m., Sean Lynn Taylor, 19, of Collinsville, was arrested at 100 N. College St. in Whitesboro on charges of a minor driving under the influence and minor in possession of alcohol.
At 1:21 p.m., Jarrett Lee Hill, 22, of Pilot Point, was arrested at 509 N. Union St. in Whitesboro on charges of driving while intoxicated.
