At 7:32 p.m., James Earl Dodson, 70, of Gainesville, TX, was arrested at 1100 Hwy. 82 on charges of driving while intoxicated (3 or more times).

At 10:13 p.m., Ortega Efren Rodriguez, 26, of Greenville, TX, was arrested at Hwy. 82 at exit 622 in Whitesboro on charges of public intoxication.
At 10:45 p.m., Jose Luis Almaguer Ramos, 24, of Cado Mills, TX, was arrested at Hwy. 82 at exit 622 in Whitesboro on charges of driving while intoxicated.
