Dr. Vicky Davis received the Keep Collinsville Beautiful (KCB) “Volunteer of the Year” award at the organization’s August meeting. The honor covers events of the KCB year running from July to July.
“Vicky shows up to lend a hand, or get up on the bed of a truck, to help at almost every Collinsville event, whether she’s on the program committee or not,” KCB President Betty Graham said.
Davis, a retired physician, recently moved to Collinsville from Frisco, where a day was named in her honor for community service there.
“We are quite lucky that Vicky decided to land here in Collinsville,” Graham said.
