July 31
At 2:15 p.m., Stacy Deanne Willis, 43, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 114 Pecan St. on a warrant from another agency.
At 5:21 p.m., Amanda Denise Phillips, 48, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 508 N Union St. on a warrant from another agency.
August 7
At 12:32 a.m., Billy Ray Hale Jr., 54, of Collinsville, was arrested at 300 Charlie Dr. on a warrant from another agency.
At 12:39 a.m., Audrea Diane Hatten, 39, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 300 Charlie Dr. on charges of an expired operator’s license.
At 6:48 p.m., Clayton Wayne Hogden, 28, of Lindale, TX, was arrested at 400 Locust St. on charges of criminal mischief.
