West Grayson Retired School Personnel Association (WGRSPA) completed this year’s third-grade book projects May 29 with Tioga ISD. The organization presented the book “Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle” by Betty McDonald to 52 third graders with the help of Tioga seniors and teachers Garra Ballinger, Carrie Hansard, Loree Eddleman, Kim Clark and Cheisha Hernandez, as well as WGRSPA members Carol Golden and Sharon Lively. Each year, WGRSPA gifts books to area third graders as part of an ongoing program encouraging youngsters to enjoy reading.
