On March 27, Frontier Village & Museum will host a free Genealogy Class from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Learn how to use FamilySearch, a website hosted by a nonprofit organization that offers genealogical records, education and software. Take a tour through hidden and hard-to-find places on the site and have your questions answered. Stay afterward for the meeting of the Genealogical Society from 1-3 p.m.
Then, Saturday, March 30 from 12-2 p.m., attend the Mad Hatter Tea Party. Enjoy a crazy hat contest, lunch and refreshments, gourmet tea provided by Ethos Coffee and receive a spring goodie bag. You must RSVP to reserve a seat. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $10 for museum members.
Both events will take place at 111 RC Vaughan Rd. To register or ask questions, call 903-463-2487 or email [email protected].
