West Grayson Retired School Personnel Association (WGRSPA) is now accepting applications for their 2024 scholarships. Two $750 scholarships will be awarded to qualified college students. Applicants must be a graduate of Whitesboro, Collinsville, S&S or Tioga High School, be at least at a junior level in college and majoring in education. Applications can be picked up at the high school counselors’ offices or by contacting Judy Rue at 903-651-3061. Deadline for applications is April 15, 2024.
