At 5:03 a.m., Justin Todd Pritchett, 38, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 507 Abney Street on a warrant from another agency.

At 9:26 a.m., Hector Leonel Murillo-Villanueva, 37, of Whitesboro, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated.
