Hallie Grey Martin was Cooke County’s first newborn of 2024. Hallie was born at North Texas Medical Center (NTMC) on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024 at 1:08 p.m. She weighed 7 lbs. 5.5 oz. and measured 19.5” long. She was born to proud parents Mackenzie Sicking and Caleb Martin of Muenster.
