On March 6, 2025, at approximately 7:30 a.m., deputies with the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a suspicious individual in the 400 block of Tate Circle near Sherman. According to witnesses, a male subject attempted to force entry into a residence while reportedly holding a knife.
Deputies located the individual in the area, and following an investigation, he was taken into custody without further incident. The Criminal Investigations Division assisted the Patrol Division with interviews and evidence collection, leading to the following charges:
• Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
• Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit Another Felony
• Aggravated Robbery
The suspect has been identified as Brandon Keith Hargrow, a 40-year-old male.
This is just another example of the collaborative efforts of the Patrol and Investigative divisions. Their staff works diligently to keep Grayson County a safe place to live.
This case remains under investigation, and no further details will be released at this time. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
