The Collinsville Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its Annual Membership Meeting and Banquet on Saturday, March 22, 2025.
The event will be held at Ranch 82 (12265 US Hwy 82W) in Whitesboro. Doors will open by 6 p.m. for check-in, seating location and mingling with other guests. At 6:30 p.m. the chamber will hold a brief business meeting, with dinner catered by Ranch 82 to follow immediately afterward.
The casino gaming will open at approximately 7 p.m. and close at 9:15 p.m. (All gaming tables are for entertainment purposes only). A band will be performing for guests’ listening and dancing pleasure.
Attendees can enjoy a Silent Auction with bidding encouraged from 6-9 p.m. Funds raised will be used to defray the cost of the banquet.
The chamber is seeking donations of merchandise, baskets or gift cards for the auction. Donor business will be recognized at the event with their donation, along with their business card, if provided. Business names will be announced as the winning bidder is called to claim their purchase.

Donors may call to arrange for the chamber to pick up donations before the March 13 deadline, but sooner is better. You may also drop off items at Texas Homes and Land office at the corner of N. Main St. and E. Woodland St. Please attach a note giving a description of the item, its cash value and your phone number.
Formal invitations to the banquet will be in the mail soon. Attendees do not need to be a chamber member to come enjoy a night of Bar-B-Que dinner and dancing, Silent Auction and casino games.
Tickets must be purchased by March 13. Tickets are $25 and may be bought online at Eventbrite.com (search Collinsville Area Chamber of Commerce “Vegas -Texas Style”) or by contacting Gigi Cox at 903-815-3921. Purchasing a table of eight will be given a discounted price of $175.
