February 6
At 6:43 p.m., Carl Napolean White, 63, of Denison, Texas, was arrested at 1000 US Hwy 82 in Whitesboro on two local warrants.
February 7
At 2:10 p.m., Billy Joe Goyne, 42, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 541 Hwy. 377 on charges of expired registration, expired operator’s license and failure to appear.
